  • We offer two levels of arrival service to ensure a seamless connection:

    1. ​VIP Meet & Greet (Recommended): Your chauffeur will meet you inside the terminal at your specific baggage claim carousel, holding a digital sign with your name. They will assist with all luggage and escort you directly to your vehicle in the Executive Garage.

    2. Curbside Express: Once you have collected your luggage, simply text your chauffeur. They will pull the vehicle to the designated Express Pickup curb (Level 1) within 3–5 minutes.

  • We utilize real-time FAA flight tracking. Because our team is comprised of former aviation professionals, we understand the nuances of air travel. If your flight is delayed, your reservation is automatically updated. Your chauffeur will be there when you land, no matter the time.

    1. ​Zero Wait Time: Unlike shuttles, we don’t wait for other passengers. You go directly from the airport to your resort.

    2. Guaranteed Quality: Rideshares can be unpredictable. With Privé Luxe, you are guaranteed a pristine Tesla Model Y or Luxe Suburban driven by a professionally vetted, uniformed chauffeur.

    3. ​Direct to Magic: Most families reach Disney World resorts within 35 minutes of leaving MCO.

  • We provide door-to-door service to all Disney World Resorts (Grand Floridian, Polynesian, etc.), Universal Orlando Hotels, and luxury properties like the Four Seasons Orlando, Waldorf Astoria, and Ritz-Carlton.

  • Disembarkation is busy, but we make it easy. We have authorized permits for all Port Canaveral terminals. Your driver will coordinate with you via text to meet at the designated "Permit Parking" area closest to your ship’s exit.

  • Yes. For Port Canaveral transfers, we offer a complimentary 15-minute "Quick-Stop" in Lake Nona or Cocoa Beach for last-minute cruise essentials. Please note this in your booking request.

  • Absolutely. Safety is our heritage. We provide sanitized, high-end car seats (Infant, Toddler, or Backless Booster) upon request. Please specify the age/weight of your children during checkout so we can have the correct seat installed and ready.

  • Privé Connect (Tesla Model Y): Ideal for up to 3 passengers with standard luggage.
    ​Luxe Select (Chevy Suburban): Ideal for families up to 6 passengers with heavy luggage/strollers.

  • Yes. Privé Luxe is fully permitted by the City of Orlando, the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority (MCO), and the Canaveral Port Authority. We carry $1 million in commercial liability insurance for your peace of mind.

  • We offer a 100% refund for cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup. For cancellations within 24 hours, a 50% fee applies to compensate our chauffeurs for their scheduled time.

  • Our system uses a "Card-on-File" model. We place a pre-authorization hold on your card at the time of booking to secure your vehicle. The final charge is processed only after your trip is completed.
